OBJECTIVES |
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
1. Organize and train Scouts from different schools in Kidapawan City
including out-of-school youth to become responsible citizen thru the
scouting movement.
2. Encourage civic non-government and government organization/
association and individuals to support the Scouting movement.
3. Undertake the objectives of the Senior Scouting and Boy Scouting
Advancement Program of BSP.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
1. Organize and train one (1) Senior Scout Outfit (maximum membership of
thirty 36 scouts), ages 13 to 17 1/2 or high school students from
USM-KCC, KCNHS, CMC, ND Schools, other Kidapawan City High Schools and
interested out-of-school youth to become responsible citizen thru the
scouting movement and who are interested to attain the highest rank in
Boy Scouting.
2. Organize and train one (1) Boy Scout Troop (maximum membership of
thirty 36 scouts), ages 11 to 13 or grade 5 and grade 6 students from
KCPES, CMC, ND Schools, other Kidapawan City Elementary Schools and
interested out-of-school youth to become responsible citizen thru the
scouting movement and who are interested to attain the highest rank in
Boy Scouting.
3. Create a venue and self-paced advancement program for the scouts to
learn, develop and practice the skills and essence of Scouting.
4. Represent/ Attend Cotabato Council related activities and programs.
5. To encourage non-government/government and private individuals by way
of providing moral, spiritual, logistical and financial support by
sponsoring a scout or patrol/crew or troop/outfit for the advancement
program of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines.
6. Encourage parents to actively participate in troop/outfit activities.
7. Find a sponsoring institution for a separate registration of the
Troop and Outfit. |
